I have been a resident here for over 10 years and the front office staff we have are amazing.Our maintenance for the last few years has failed several ways.Failure to complete work orders resolve leaking issues molding.Our rent increase and instead of having till the 5th we have till the 3rd of month. This property has been purchased and sold several times.I have had one of my issues resolved concerning the carpet.The others issues are still the same.Time are hard for everyone and making our living conditions better should be the priority not raising monthly fees and charging additional fees When this complex has no amenities.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I am in a pretty quiet building & the closests & master bedroom are big. Bathrooms tiny. I moved in 8/2024. AC didn't get cool from first day. I write it up maintenance comes in changes thermostat goes outside comes back in & says it's working now. I like warm so 76 ok with me. But it cools for a a day or two then not again. I write it up and same dance. Then another (new) maintenance comes after I continuously complain about my electric bill being ridiculously high. He says wire from thermostat to outside unit not connecting. He quit after 2 weeks & same old maintenance say it needs wiring but here I sit in 81 degrees in my apartment & nobody cares. I have been staying in these apartments 2 years. I did not have problems until this other company took over. I have no heat I told them last week. I put in a maintenance order. He came out said that I need a part he would be back. I call them back to see when it would be fix never heard back. The weekend came no heat it's Monday no one in office. Call maintenance and left message for office nobody returned my call yet. No one call to say anything I will bring heater are something. Maintenance it took 2 months to fix dishwasher. The company only have one maintenance person for here and another apartment building. My rent ledger is always messed up it's never correct. The community manager and people here can only do so much. The community manager is nice but she can't fix the ledger she has

I have been a tenant for about six months and from the very beginning there has been issues. Management is HORRIBLE, maintenance is AWFUL, and you can’t get in contact with anyone. My rent started out at $850 and each month since move in, extra fees have been added! You pay extra fees for the pool and for trash, and pest control. HOWEVER I have had to seek my own pest control because there were hundreds of bugs upon move in. The pool has not been open for years. This past month almost $300 more in additional fees! The apartments are spacious however the upkeep is deplorable. I would not recommend this complex to a stray dog.

This place has terrible upper management/ ownership (Erica Stephens and Andy McMichael) !! I called and emailed them constantly trying to speak to with one of them about problems with my unit and they have never returned any of my calls or emails. The last email I sent to the two was returned by the campus manager despite not even sending her a email in the first place. Despite all my attempts to reach out neither attempted to reach out or contact me. If you value transparency and a clean environment then stay away from here not to mention your apartment won't be up to standard and they will only care about the rent getting paid not you living under good conditions. They only care about money will come and ask about rent without even coming by your unit to view major repairs. Sidenote The
