Shadowood Apartment Homes

The new manager and new maintenance team actually do what they say they will. They are really working on the pool here now that has not been opened since i got here. We are happy here again and not going anywhere now.

The new management is wonderful, updates the grounds, hires professional maintenance workers, and fixes everything in a timely manner. The apartment complex is very peaceful and kept up to date .

I have lived at Shadowood Apartments since 2020 and I have enjoyed living there. The management staff is wonderful and I appreciate there service. I highly recommend Shadowood Apartments

We lived here for a year in 2014. King Management was the owner. I can honestly say, it is one of the nicest places we have ever lived. If we didn't have to relocate to Macon I would have renewed my lease in a heartbeat. Zach did a fantastic job as office manager--taking care of us not just when we signed the lease, but the entire time we lived there. He is in charge of multiple offices so he is a little difficult to catch, but he was always very prompt about returning the voicemails and emails we sent. He did a terrific job of communicating with us. We actually found a place in Macon when we moved based off of his recommendation. Moved out due to poor management and new company bought the complex. The manager is never in the office and every encounter with her is unprofessional because she is rude. She is never in the office either, and when she is there she is in her car smoking and on the phone. The pool is filthy and the laundry room is nasty! Not mention the mice infestion in most of the apartments, and the manager does nothing!
