Shadow Ridge Apartments

I’ve lived at Shadow Ridge Apartments for 10 years, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful place to call home. The new management team has done an outstanding job over the past few years. You can really see the positive changes in how well the property is maintained and how responsive they are to residents. As always, it continues to be a quiet and safe community with respectful and friendly neighbors. It’s rare to find a place that consistently feels comfortable and welcoming year after year. I’m grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a long-term home.

I'm relatively new here. Been here almost a year. My apartment had a lot of different things that were odd with it. All of these things have been taken care of. But I have scratched my brain wondering how they could have missed the things that were wrong. As they were pretty obvious. As I stated the problems I have had have been taken care of. And I'm thinking positive about the future. I have used the pool once. But the metal bar to get in and out of it were so hot in the summer next time I'll bring oven mitts. The grounds are shaping up. I'm grateful they left a patch of grass. Kinda sad that there isn't more of it. Most of the people are nice. The office staff is accommodating. As with any apartment complex there are some sour apples. But for the most part it's nice and quiet. Pet

The property itself is lovely and very well maintained. The landscaping and overall atmosphere make it a really nice place to live. The office staff are always helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with whenever I’ve had questions. Maintenance has also been great—requests are handled quickly and the team is friendly and respectful. Overall, it’s a pleasant community with a staff that genuinely seems to care about the residents.

They’ll give you a $50 fee for nothing. All they care about is money. I removed my items from the patio when the notice was given to me and they still fined me. At the end of the day it’s money over the care of residents. The trees are never trimmed just fall all over the buildings. When i moved in the patio was filled with leaves and sticks. Broken screen patio door broken drawer. Nobody cares about anything but being paid and getting people in apartments even if they garbage. Also they’ll just have people do work with nasty smells through your vent at 6am above you and not tell you. Then they’ll say it’s a part of apartment living. Then they’ll send you threatening things in the mail for responding in any manner that isn’t happiness for receiving a fine you didn’t deserve. God bless

Charles Resident/shadow Ridge Apartments. I would like to thank Alize and Maria they had been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenance team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. Alize is very understanding and compassionate. We love the apartment complex, well maintain with nice pools and gym.
