We lived here for almost three years and we never have any problem. Whatever we need, like the regular pest control, carpet wash, changing filters and anything to be fixed, they act on them immediately. The office personnel are very nice and accommodating and also the maintenance guys. Our neighbors are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Myself and family have lived at this property for over 10 years. The features surpass any comparable property in this area. We have everything we need. Office amenities provided are extremely helpful while staff are always pleasant and willing to help with whatever they can. The property manager and maintenance supervisor are crucial to the smooth running of any property. Here, they are first rate! In my experience maintenance requests are always attended to promptly and effeciently. One of the best things about living in this location is that it is central to anywhere one may need to go in the city. It is also close to all major highways, and interstates, too. We have been living at Shadow Ridge for three years, and are very pleased with the facilities, the service staff, and especially the office staff. Any needs we have with filters and other repairs are attended to very quickly. We have had friends moving into Las Vegas who have also wanted to move into the complex. The location is very convenient to Chinatown and other restaurants and shops. We'd highly recommend Shadow Ridge to both couples and families.

Moved into a dirty roach infested apartment. Upon further inspection the cabenits in the kitchen were never cleaned. Blinds and window seals all dirty. Porch area covered in old nails they painted over. Even found a painted roach in a closet. They will call a exterminator but that wont fix anything. Do a very very good inspection!!! Look under the counters and back of cabinets! Do your research to find the signs of a infestation. If you have dirty neighbors they are nearly impossible to get rid of.
