Shadow Bend

Would like to take a brief moment and praise my leasing consultant, Angela Talamantes. My young son and I are new to Texas, coming from Chicago, IL. I have felt incredibly rushed during the application process with a few other complexes I’ve inquired on, but Angela was very patient and transparent in answering all my questions! She has exceptional business etiquette and very knowledgeable of the property, rules and regulations. The property itself, looked great! The premises appeared very neat and tidy, no loose trash or pet excrements. Pool looked gorgeous and ready to go. The 1 bedroom town home we applied for was in great condition and well kept. Just overall very impressed with Shadow Bend in comparison to the other complexes I’ve viewed, and so thankful we got Miss Angela to help us.

Angela helped me get all of my documents signed and ready for move in and was incredibly helpful and kind! This has 100% been a 10/10 experience for me and I cant wait to live in a complex with such amazing staff!

I enjoyed my experience at the shadow bend apartments ! My partner and I went to do a tour and it was very smooth and miss Angela was very kind and helpful with absolutely everything !It really helped the experience!

I’ve been a resident here going on 3 years and I have no complaints. If I ever have a problem or a problem with my apartment maintenance is one call away! Angela has been great she is so helpful and a great property manager! She has helped my family and I in every need we have ever needed we are greatly appreciated 🙏🏼😊
