SGI Property Management

SGI is a great management company! They have been managing my two condos for years. The communication is super, the response time the same. Recently one of my properties was up for renewal, a couple of quick emails and deal was done. Jessi Wyman has been a delight to work with over the years. I highly recommend giving SGI a chance to manage your property, they won't disappoint.

I have been with SGI for a few years now. After having a bad experience with my previous property management company, SGI was a total 180. They are wonderful to work with. Becky is very responsive and attentive. You can tell they are very experienced and always working alongside you to ensure your property is taken care of. I know I'm in great hands with SGI!

I moved here from Kaneohe Hawaii last July..2024. Very fortunate to find my new home in Buckeye Az..SGI was so helpful in making that move smooth and stress free. I love my new home. So much so I have already renewed my lease for another year. My property manager is very accessible and efficient. I am extremely pleased with the services of SGI and looking forward to a long-term relationship with both them and this great state of Arizona.

I rented a property from SGI and was a tenant for 5 years. Charity was my property manager and the service she provided was EXCEPTIONAL! She was always responsive and prompt. Even when there was an emergency very early on a Sunday morning, I emailed her and she reached out directly within just a couple hours and helped me to handle the situation, as I had no idea what to do or where to even start. SGI has been great to me and I can’t say enough positive things about them, especially Charity.

A little context.. My father is a disabled vet and I am caring for him. While my credit is almost 700, his is about 400. We got denied at first because the automatic system flagged him when I added him on the lease. We thought we were SOL. HOWEVER. Charity Rothwell has been instrumental in helping us find a home, as she spoke directly to the property owner after we got in contact with her to ask why we were denied. The property owner ended up adding my father to the lease, allowing me to continue to care for my father during a very difficult time. A key note to keep in mind- WHEN YOU CALL IN, THE VOICEMAIL LINE SAYS NOBODY IS AVALIABLE. THIS IS NOT NECESSARILY TRUE.
