We rented an apartment from SFT for almost 2 years and our experience was incredible. Sure, there were a few hiccups but our property manager Simi was always on call and made sure to sort them out efficiently and on time and was incredibly professional and courteous every single time. She is hands down the best property manager/landlord we’ve ever had!

The property was extremely safe, with several layers of security including coded gates around the perimeter, secured parking, and code-protected external doors—offering peace of mind and a strong sense of safety. The studio layout was sleek and surprisingly spacious, with modern finishes that gave everything a clean, updated feel. I never had issues with pests or package deliveries, which made day-to-day living incredibly smooth. While there are areas where improvement can be made, I will say that my stay has been pleasant more times than not. One of my favorite aspects of this property management company is their staff. The maintenance team are skilled, friendly, professional and efficient. As far as the management team, when issues arose Simi was quick to respond and rectify the situation. She was always kind, polite and understanding. She helped me with an emergent situation even while dealing with a personal loss in her family. Her exceptional customer service is what this industry needs. That woman deserves a raise! 😄 Overall, if these elements could be duplicated across the property management industry, properties could potentially retain tenants for years.
