I just love SFR, been with them since 2014 over 10 years and absolutely love them. Staff and maintenance workers are very nice and friendly. Met old ones and some new ones. They work with u at times and are very understanding when life happens. Responds very quickly to all your maintenance needs. Highly recommend them to anyone tryna rent from them. Good job guys

I wish I could give this company 10 stars. Blair and the office staff are the most personable and understanding landlord/property managers and I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart. The whole leasing process was absolutely stress free and I have been renting from them for over 2 years. Everytime I had a maintenance request, the issue was resolved quickly every single time. We needed to find a bigger place and we are honestly sad that we are leaving SFR but I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

If you're considering renting from SFR Investments Pool 1, this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. First and foremost, they will rip you off. Expect to never see your deposit again, no matter how pristine you leave the property. They will invent damage and cleaning charges out of thin air just to keep your money. It's clear that this is a common practice for them, as they have zero accountability and show no willingness to discuss or resolve disputes. The property itself was a disaster. I’m astonished by the negative reviews! A crappy apartment threw me and my 8 year old son out bc they claim they didn’t know he was living with me and SFR saved us! I had little to no credit and I was running out of options. They found a home perfect for me and we continue to renew our lease going on 4 years now.
