Seward Apartments

The apartments are made of brick, this keeps the building very cool in the summer and keeps heating inside in the winter. Location is amazing if you want easy access to downtown, or light rail. Benisha is very responsive to issues, which occur as the building is old. Know that the state of the studios vary greatly room to room. I don’t have grounded plugs but other ones do, and the photos are never current state so inspect carefully if you tour. I do love my neighbors. I can only hear my upstairs neighbors if they turn on a subwoofer and blast at full volume. (Take that how you will)

I lived on this apartment for over an year. I been really lucky to live in such a great place with a great view. I'll give you the best info pro and con here. I recommend this place for a starting point for anyone who is new and chasing a good career or just want to be central of Seattle. Pro The manager is so great and super reliable. they always responded to me when I have any questions or have urgent assistance needed, and they do a pretty good job maintaining this property. The neighbour here are great, really cool people there and fun to hang out. You'd be lucky to have them. This is one of the place that just make you feel home in Seattle, with a great garden backdoor and a view of the Space needle along with the Olympic mountain behind. Paper thin walls. One time I sneezed inside my apartment and someone in the hallway politely said ‘bless you.’ The shower was a light tinkle of brown water atop your head. Sewer indeed. My boyfriend affectionately called it my hobbit hole. I still love this place dearly, as my last Seattle apartment.
