Seville at Mace Ranch

The maintenance guy, Randy, is always on top of things and does an excellent job taking any issues you might have seriously and fixing them promptly. An extremely hard worker at that. Seville at Mace Ranch Apartments are truly one of the best places I’ve rented from. They show they care about their residents with apartment community events, prize drawings, giveaways and other small acts. All of them together, Vickie (leasing office), Claudia (leasing office), Randy, and the landscaping team, make this an exceptional place to stay and live at. We really do appreciate them all and are confident in our decision to continue our lease at, Seville at Mace Ranch.

Randy has done an amazing job maintaining all of the appliances in our apartment. Every time we submit a work order, he responds quickly and handles the issue professionally and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure everything is working perfectly before leaving. He also takes the time to explain what was fixed and ensures the area is clean afterward.

The team is really nice addressing any issues that come up during my 2 years stay here! Highly recommended. Randy (the superintendent) is always friendly and helpful.

Our property manager, Vicky, is outstanding—she’s responsive, responsible, and always friendly. She answers all our questions promptly and makes everyone feel welcome in the community. The onsite handyman, Randy, is also excellent and always takes care of maintenance issues quickly. The property is clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. We’ve really enjoyed living here!

Seville has been a great place to live and both Vickie and Claudia are helpful and friendly! I love that we are walking distance to TJ Maxx and Target and can connect onto the greenbelt easily. Maintenance has always been quick and resolved any issues and overall it is a quiet community.
