Truly wish I could this place zero stars. Since the day I’ve moved in with my husband we have had issues. First it was no ac, and no outlets that worked, with a rusted faucet, and pests everywhere. We had tried so hard to be understanding when management changed but then it just became another thing. We have had to go through the FREEZE with no heating system because they chose to not work on it for MONTHS! We had to manage with an ac unit in our window that let in all sorts of bugs and cold air and whent husband and I took it out it turns out the outside window fences is all broken because of how it was originally installed. And it it took so many months to get the outlets fixed AND STILL SOME DONT WORK, let’s not forget the bar lights don’t even turn on even when I went out the way to ge

PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT PLACE, DO NOT RENT HERE! Unless you like Community Directors and Maintenance employees to change constantly. I’ve only lived here since October and I’m pretty miserable here. Theres been 4, possibly 5 manager changes. Since my first move in date the apartment was and still never was move in ready. There are so many issues and because there is constant new people I have to repeat the same issues that don’t get resolved. It’s like whoever lived here before messed everything up and they never fixed it properly for the next residents. Currently dealing with water leaking through the wall to my floor when it rains because the roof/gutters are exposed and I can see a squirrel living in it. I wish so much I didn’t start a lease here knowing what I know now. This place

I agree with the most recent comments. The apartments use to be great but since October / November something happened and the apartments have been going down hill. Work orders are being filled out as completed when they shouldn’t, administration is not keeping up with the paperwork for renewals, office hours are not been respected, notices are not being given within a timely manner. I would not renew or sign a lease here. I’ve been having problems with my second bathroom for 6 months and no one has come out to fix it. I have all the paper trail that shows all the work orders I have placed for my clogged tub and toilet. I have gone to the office multiple times about this - only to be clearly given the run around. Apartment complex asked for 2 days to level the floor of my living room because it was essentially caving in in the center pretty bad. I gave 24 hours access for those 2 days and they weren’t done and that’s fine. I gave them an additional 2 days of 24 hour access, if they wanted to take advantage of it but not necessarily expected, and the floor looked as it does in the photos I provided when I got back home on Saturday night. I informed the complex on Friday that we would need to reschedule to complete this job at the end of this month or into the new year if it wasn’t done by the time I got back on Saturday night. The contractor working on the floor showed up on Monday trying to get in the apartment and I had to turn him away. I stayed home from work that morning in anticipation that t
