I lived here for 3 years as one of the first tenants to move in. I have only 3 criteria for objectively evaluating something like an apartment: 1) the unit is worth the cost 2) issues are handled promptly and thoroughly and 3) management is personal and personable. My experience here was all 3. 1. I loved my unit (I was the first to live in it after all). At the time, the units here were nicer than older buildings that got "luxury" updates and cheaper per square footage. 2. Whenever there was an issue, it was handled within 2 business days; this goes for simple things like lightbulb changes all the way to complex work like replaced floors due to an A/C issue. 3. Great building and management company. Had a great experience living here and highly recommend.

Nightmare!!!!!! The whole building isn't soundproof. You will be tortured by your neighbors' noises all day.
