The management is unfriendly and unwilling to help you. They also go back more than 40 years on your background check so if you have something that far back, it WILL keep you from getting an apartment!
Looked like a nice place for the area Seemed like a cheap living option
Stayed with friend at at HUD apt. Delightful area away from main road. Apartments are well maintained and the apartments are set up as 9 1-story bldgs with 4 corner apts and a center area used as a little porch. Really nice but don't know how long waiting list.
Very nicely kept place! Had a friend that lives there. It's quiet and spacious parking. Great family setting if you're looking for a place that's children friendly!!
They had a great manager who really cared about the apartments they have a good maintenance man and a good cleaning lady who does a good job cleaning the apartments so they are ready for move ins.
