Seven Pines Apartments

I went to this property this week after touring many. Brandi is the manager and is extremely nice and helpful. she showed us a unit and answered every question I had. The property looks great! George the maintenance and Damian the ground keeper have the property looking very nice. I did not see any debris nor did I see graffiti (which can happen anywhere). School is directly across the street. This area is minutes to EVERYTHING!!! I know I will love it here!!

Maintenance Man George and Manager brandi are super helpful and attentive to all matters financially and work orders wise. We have been living here for a year and had issues but all were quickly resolved within less than 24-48 hours with complimentary items if need be. Rent is very fair along with partnered app flex. Neighbors are friendly and it is very quiet and near everything store wise and food wise. - Martin and Mirada

I am very impressed with the mamagement. They honestly care about the tenants and the apartment complex.

The front office staff were so kind! I toured this property today and the rooms were a nice size. Property has laundry facility onsite which is super helpful and even has a cute community garden! I would recommend staying with Seven Pines.
