Please!!!! DO NOT move here !!!! First moving in I thought I was in a good environment until my car gotten broken into twice nothing was done about it . Said they would get security NEVER happened ! The manager ROSIE is the absolute worst speaks to her residents any kind of way very rude and distasteful .The entrance gate is always broken random cars just sit here throughout the day and night. Also seen homeless ppl walking around throughout the day and night, Ac always going out manager Rosie Told me and my daughter to sleep in my car because of it... shows favoritism and very prejudices. Pool always dirty they have been working on roofing since I moved here a year ago still isnt fixed car port broke not fixed .Broken back gates where anybody can rome and walk around freely. BEWARE!!! Will have them also investigated for the fake reviews and its fraudulent misrepresentation of their complex! Any 4+ star is a FAKE REVIEW! Search the complex and the old apartment name and you’ll see. EDIT! July They’ve lied on people, they don’t follow their own leasing agreements about guests not staying more than 3 days if not on lease. They pick and choose who has to follow the rules. They will retaliate if you leave a truthful review about them which is illegal of them. Don’t upkeep the pools yet will get angry for the violations they received. Car ports? DONT RISK IT! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here 3 years. My car has been broken into twice, someone broke into me and everyone else’s mailbox like three times, there’s things in the complex that has been broken for years. Someone was stealing money orders so I’ve gotten false charges on my rent a few times. Only a few apartments have been renovated, when I asked to move to a renovated apartment they told me the renovated units are air b&b’s. Most importantly ROACHES very infested with roaches. They come out the sink, they come out the walls, there’s been times I’ll open a cabinet and they fall out the cabinets. When I moved I left all my kitchen appliances there because they were so infested with roaches the experimentation doesn’t do anything I think the roaches are immune to the poison. It’s not worth li

Just had word that one of my neighbors apartment was broken into. I've been living here for quite sometime and I've been meaning to write this review. So here it goes. Settlers Ranch used to be a real good neighborhood; very quiet and safe. But it is going down hill. Rules and regulations are not being enforced. Entry gates and the mailbox gate continue to get broken into, giving people that don't live in the complex access to the mail and pool. And there is no security officer. It's so disappointing that this place I call home is no longer what I used to know. I no longer feel secure and we have found ourselves having to take measures on our own. Stayed here for over 2yrs maintenance was same day service.. it wasn’t the best place to live but not the worst either.. keep raising rent but no upgrade units.. Marlene in leasing office was very helpful on any question and concerns I had Thank you. And does her job well.. cannot say the same for the rest!
