My husband and I have worked with Jared Setser for years, on a large number and variety of our home projects indoors and outdoors. I also worked with him several years during my time with the Valdosta Chamber on projects large and small at the beautiful historic Barber House. His work is consistently top quality. Had new rafters put on house. Mr seaters subcontractors cut large notches in beams to run wires through. Structural engineer deemed beams not structurally safe. Waited seven months for Jared to repair, finally repaired beams today and left with 200. Dollars worth of of sheet rock repair. Also paid 300. To get wiring removed from beam so repairs could get done. Ruined bedroom floor during initial repair by putting tarp that had a hole in it on roof which leaked and flooded half of room. Also workers did not put tarp or anything on floor so scraped it up with tools and walking on it. Owes me new floor. I am sleeping on futon in living room got past seven months . Still not able to use room.
