Service First Property Management Branson Apartments

Officially the worst company you could ever rented from. Property in Branson, their office in Springfield, every request takes months to fulfill. NO security! No service! Trash? Who cares! Snow? Clean it yourself! Leaking roof? MOLD!? "Will get back to you soon..." THAT WAS TWO MONTH AGO! I've experienced it all!!! Crystal will lie to you while using unprofessional tone. Owner only cares about taking money! After 2 years I am done complaining with no result!

Where should I start? I’d give 0 stars if I could. I recommend you don’t go here. I recommend you sleep in your car. The sidewalk is also a viable option. We moved into table rock apartments and moved back out in less than 3 days. The parking lot and grounds are filthy and it only gets worse from there. you will quickly find that not only is the inside dirty and unkempt and in varying levels of deterioration but also that you will be sharing your meals with the infestation of roaches. After taking a nice hot shower you will promptly be dripped on by the mystery substances leaking from the ceiling. And then OH LOOK there’s the roaches again; in the bathroom this time. If you enjoy the scent of stale cigarettes and weed The sidewalk is the place for you because that’s where you can smell

Do not go with the service first company. They do not fix things in a timely manner and will do whatever they can take your money. If you expect any leniency they will not give any.

Don't bother trying to move this company likes to trap you, and also I can't move out due to my lease even though I feel unsafe around my current neighbors, they will nickel and di.e you for literally EVERYTHING!!! RUNAWAY SERIOUSLY!!!! I've never lived somewhere where I actually feel like I'm a prisoner being held captive.

They are we ridiculous. They wanted 9x rent as our gross income. They scamming people out of application fees before telling you that it's such a high requirement. Everyone else is 2.5-3×. They should be ashamed!
