So far so good. Neighbors are friendly, and a mostly quiet complex. The current office manager Kisha does a great job. She’s very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She helped me every step of the way with my application process. The maintenance guys are very helpful as well, never making you wait too long to fix something. My apartment was in great shape when I moved in. Freshly painted walls, new carpet, and everything works!!!!

The new leasing manager Kisha is great. She’s very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The new maintenance are very helpful as well. They are quick when things need to be fixed. Never making you wait. Everyone is great in that office! I’ve been here 8 years and the previous staff before them were the worst. The NEW STAFF ARE GREAT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!!!!

I also was very pleased with the new management Kesha Gaskill is awesome!!! Always addressed every concern, very friendly, she treats every unit as if she lives in it herself.She will definitely have this complex a family. best team Sergei has had since I been here.she is a keeper!!!!

This facility has a very unprofessional assistant property manager named Ramona, who raises her voice at her clients, cuts them off in mid speech, and catches an attitude very quickly. Most unprofessional assistant manager I’ve met in a work place especially apartment complex. No recommendations.

I have had plenty of issues with the apartment,holes in the floor where slugs and mice come through.. Just recently set up camera in my kitchen and saw 3 mice running in and out of the bottom of the cabinets and from under the stove basically all night. The lady in the office does all she can with what she's working with but I have never lived with rodents and don't want to now!!!!! If I was able to actually walk the apartment before I moved in I probably wouldn't have moved in I was told by mesha in the office there are no walk throughs...... I would love to know who owns this property and how changes can be made in my apartment
