I like my apartment, with my private yard, it is very quiet and the maintenance is very efficient. They helped me a lot with some accommodations that my special needs kid needed for his powerchair. First apartment that I’ve lived in where the maintenance issues are completed immediately upon request. It’s a very peaceful and safe community and the property manager Joseph goes above and beyond for all us tenants. If you want to live somewhere safe and well maintained then don’t hesitate, this is the community for you!

Very nice place to live. It's a great start to someone who will be moving into their first apartment. Lived here for about 2 and half years. Love the private courtyard. Everything in the 1 bedroom is a descent size. The staff is amazing and very friendly.

Quiet and great location. Other wise it’s an old complex with mold and other issues. There is basically no insulation in these units so expect to be cold in the winter and higher than average utility bills. Grounds are covered in litter and trash is piled around dumpsters. Maintenance is lousy. I’ve had to do my own repairs other than when the A/C has broke several times. But this is Gainesville so not a renters paradise because renters are easy to find.

We love our courtyard!!! You can have a garden you can do BBQ outside whatever you want to do. The place is old but at least mine does not look like is falling apart. When I have a problem I call or report the problem and they fix it asap. So this is our 2 lease here.
