Put in a work order yesterday late afternoon and they were done by lunchtime today. Steve and Eddie fixed everything quickly and even went above and beyond to look at and fix another issue within a few minutes that wasn’t on the work order. Very satisfied!

Terrible. Hidden fees, infestation,and poor management. The dog park is just pebble pit. My toilet flooded the unit twice while I was away at work. Visible issues are painted over. There are way better complexes in the area that wont charge for mandatory trash pick up, alarm system and package delivered. Maybe the fees they charge are to covering the roaches rent. There are tons.

My Dream Move Turned into a Nightmare If you’re considering moving to Serrano, think again. This place is riddled with problems, and management does little to nothing to address them. Below is a breakdown of the many issues: Pests • This complex is infested with roaches. Even the pest control company hired by management has acknowledged the issue. • Outside of the bugs, the trash service is unreliable, and the location attracts raccoons, possums, stray dogs, and feral cats. • Trash gets ripped open, scattered everywhere, and management does nothing—animal control is never called. Amenities • The gym has been practically useless, with every machine broken for over a year. • The pool is either murky green or too dirty to use 80% of the time. • The package area is often locked for days wit

Serano Park apartments now have 2 very skilled and knowledgeable maintenance men Steve and Eddie that you can count on to get the repairs done the right way!!. Steve and Eddie handle repairs in a timely and professional manner with positive results every time.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Read the reviews please. Go in the evening and look around. There is trash everywhere. The property has trash everywhere. The corridors never get cleaned. There's trash & dog poop on walk ways. There is a constant change in office staff. They rarely answer the phone. The gym well its There. Nothing works. Same with the pool. PARKING! Residents complained about not being able to find parking so their solution was to make people PAY for parking. If you have a visitor they have to pay to park their car. Instead of assigning spots. Deposit. Kiss it Goodbye. YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK!!! The unit itself was nice, nothing bad to say about maintenance. But I did pay for my own pest control and family did often times fix things for me. I have pictures & video from my door camera
