Serenity Property Management

There has been dust coming from my vent for almost 4 months. I have made over 8 service issues on the company website and nothing has been done. Now my water is freezing up I haven’t had water for about five days. The company brought a heater out and it does nothing cause pipes are run under the house they are not trying to fix the issue and they never called to follow up. I just give up and waiting on three months until my lease is up. Horrible company when it comes to fixing things. I talk to property manger personally and told her what is has been going on. I have talk to 3 maybe 4 maintenance people nobody has addressed the issue. This is after I had no heat for about a week. Lyndsey Little, the Senior Property Manager, is very hardworking and manages over 500 tenants at once, which is a huge responsibility. She does her best to stay on top of communication, coordinate with vendors, and keep everything running smoothly. Serenity property continued to be difficult to communicate with and return information. They allowed my renter to be four months delinquent and then charged me all the fees to have them evicted with no assistance from them. They took all of the items in the apartment from the eviction and put it out on the road curb and told me it was my responsibility to haul them away. I took over the property and found out that the downstairs furnace was out which was never shared. Received any of my reserved funds back. The last was that they don't have the keys to the front door of my unit and say they never did which in fact they had to have had the key in the process of the times that they had the unit rented. It has been frustrating and I will never use serenity properties again as I feel it was no

Extremely unprofessional. Took a half a day off at work to view a house. That nobody showed up to show me. Confirmed my appointment 2 different times so they wouldn’t cancel it. Called the office multiple times with no answer and showed up at the office no answer either. Then sent me a text to leave a review for them not showing up and doing their jobs I guess… if I could leave no stars I would. Thank you for wasting my time

Keith and Ben (the maintenance team) did an awesome job on our home! All the work that they did (from putting in a screen door to putting in a whole new shower) was top notch! 5 Stars!!!
