Serenity Apartments At Columbus

Lived here for 20 months.. no issues until I gave a 30day notice when moving out.. the weekend prior to my departure, I had all my belongings packed and staged in my living room to be loaded in the uhaul the following weekend for the final move out date.. went to work Monday morning, came home Monday night and walked into an unbelievable scene.. brick through my back patio kitchen window, everything I owned taken.. guaranteed the maintenance folks were the ones who did this.. they came in the previous Friday while I was at work, scoped the place out, and broke in that following Monday.. beware of this establishment, they have now changed their complex name, same folks just a different day.. this was an unspeakable of an experience to deal with.. even though they took all of my possessions,

I think it's really evil of them to go up $100 to $200 on their rent prices with a month's notice to renew. These apartments are already fairly expensive given the lack of amenities and mediocre property upkeep. I am deeply unimpressed by the communication of management.

Completely racists. They told me i was denied for credit history and criminal background. My creidt history is great and Crimnal background where? It's funny because the same day i got denied by them (white people). i went to liberty commons 2 hours later and got approved in 90 seconds. And there was NOOOOOO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND. So serenity apartments yall got explaining to do. i felt soon as they saw my husband walk in with long dreads they already had it in there head the excuse they were gonna make to deny me. They said i would receive a leter in the mail of why i was denied That was march 22nd 2019. i have yet to receive any letter of why i was denied and today is may 4 2019. If i can get this looked into trust me i will.

There has been a problem with the pipes for over a year now. My tub and the sinks in my apartment tend to get stopped up almost every other month and I’m getting tired of it. I can’t wait to move.

I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE!!!! I have been renting a Townhouse known as Dimon Park,from Holly Hills Apartments owned by Ray Wright Inc. I renewed my lease for the 4th year Jan 2016. I never had any major issues until Wednesday, Feb 24th, when I saw a RAT coming into my living room from the kitchen area.So I called the rent office at Holly Hills the next morning to advise of the situation, I was told by Asst Manager that someone was moving in that Friday and that maintenance was in the process of getting the unit ready and it probably came form the empty unit bc they had already caught one. I was told that someone was going to place a RAT trap in my unit. Thursday, Feb 25th I come home, and I do not see a trap or any note left from maintenance advising that they had been in unit-NOTHING!! Frid
