Serenade on 43rd

I am a fellow neighbor and we really dislike the behavior of some of the people living at this new beautiful building. They go out to smoke in front of other people’s apartment buildings and houses since they can’t smoke in their apartment or in front of the building they are doing it in front of other peoples property and leaving all the trail of cigarettes!! It is very sad, unfortunate and disgusting we didn’t have this type of problem before.
