I just want to give y’all heads up on the new administration, has no control over the tenants or the apartments complex. There are people outside the apartments all the time, even after 10:00 pm, that’s seems like they’re spying on people, this really makes feel unsafe. The previous administration had a rule to avoid people after 10:00 pm and there was always a spartan security guard walking around the complex

Maybel keeps contacting Security J.Gonzalez before and after office hours, very unprofessional, very unrelated to work. Security should be there to make rounds ,not socials with office workers/residents.

I’m just refusing to believe that I really leased a unit here I have some many issues my electricity went out 4x since moving in one was due to a transformer issue the others no explanation to why. The next issue is a rodent that lived here with me and my kids for a week until we killed it in my room. Now a toilet issue while I’m on bed rest I’m pregnant so when the mouse issue came they continuously hung up on me when my electricity kept going out in my unit they kept lying & saying it was another transformer blow out but my lights would come back on immediately and a lot of my neighbors were not experiencing this issue. The office staff would continuously hang up on me I pay my rent a month early except this month I hate the services I received since becoming a resident they don’t value

I’ve been a resident almost 2 years and can’t wait for my lease to be up. I’ve had my kitchen flooded twice from pipes bursting coming from upstairs neighbors bathroom. First time was on Christmas Day. They replaced the ceiling Sheetrock and did not fix the problem basically because it happened again in April. On top of that, they bill us for the wasted water because oddly enough both times the pipes bursted, our water and sewer bill combined was $162. You don’t even pay that much living in a house. I talked to the office lady back in January about it and instead of explaining the charge she got upset and let me know she had nothing to do with the charge. Why do residents have to pay for the wasted water when the pipes burst????

I move in here in the beginning of 2024 and mind you that I move in here with no furniture at all but a futon to lay my head in the first week was hell the apartment was infested with bed bugs! & of course they denied it saying that I’m the one who brought them but I never had this issue before not even in the other apartments I used to live in till I moved in these apartments pest control is in your contract lease but for bed bugs they have to do other treatments I paid 250.00 so they can exterminate my apartment and ever since they exterminate the apartment we’ve been good didn’t had no issues with the bed bugs anymore… till recently I noticed the apartment that is behind me I noticed that they were doing remodeling and two days ago in my apartment through the vents it smell awfully li
