Seraph Luxury Downtown Apartments

Fantastic luxury apartment tower in downtown Salt Lake City. After two months of living at the Seraph, we are happy with our decision to move here. The folks at the concierge are fantastic, the leasing office is friendly and incredibly responsive. The facilities are wonderful and brand new—amazing rooftop, great gym, nice pool and hot tub. And the apartments themselves are beautiful—great flooring (no carpet!) and finishes, high-end appliances, high ceilings—and the most amazing views. We are really happy here and glad we pulled the trigger.

After seeing some some ads about this building online and then driving by a few times. I knew I had to come check this place out. Scheduled a tour with a them online and came in the next day. First of all, this apartment building is absolutely beautiful. I love the historic value of the building itself and the way they repurposed an existing building. Logan was fantastic to tour with. Very personable and inviting. He was also so knowledgeable with all of my questions. If you are considering touring you should ask specifically for Logan.

Seraph is absolutely gorgeous! The architecture is striking and the interior design is pure luxury; sleek, curated, and thoughtfully done. Every detail feels intentional, from the finishes to the lighting and overall atmosphere. Truly an elevated space. The staff also adds to the luxurious feel. Everyone is warm and inviting, and go above and beyond to make everyone from residents to visitors feel welcome.

Logan gave me an incredible tour, hands down the best view of the Capitol Building! He was amazing, super knowledgeable, and didn’t rush me at all. The whole experience felt so warm and welcoming, like touring with family rather than a salesperson. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend asking for Logan.

I recently toured this property and had a great experience. Dan did an excellent job — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour enjoyable. The amenities were amazing and really stood out. Overall, I was very impressed!
