Sequoia Management have been excellent landlords. They’re responsive, fair, and genuinely care about their tenants’ success. Any maintenance issue we’ve had has been handled quickly and professionally, and communication is always straightforward and respectful. It makes a huge difference to run a business in a space where the landlord is supportive and easy to work with. We’ve had a great experience and absolutely recommend them.

Unprofessional and stressful experience Dealing with Sequoia Management has been exhausting. Calls aren’t answered, emails go nowhere, and there is zero accountability.Crystal Lang and Lisa Curtis offered no real help. Even though I mailed my payment on time, my account was sent to collections during the Christmas and holiday week. Now the blame is being shifted to USPS delays, instead of taking responsibility or working with the homeowner.This added unnecessary stress on a working, blue-collar family during a time meant for peace and blessings. Very disappointing and poorly handled.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would—Sequoia Management doesn’t deserve even a single star for their service. Contacting management is a waste of time; not once was I able to reach a manager, as staff kept interrupting my calls, refused to listen, and simply passed my concerns from person to person without resolution. The help desk is equally useless and makes no effort to actually help residents. Abby, the admin, has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered—she’s rude, dismissive, and refuses to listen or offer any meaningful assistance. Account problems are never fixed, and complaints are ignored as if resident needs don’t matter at all. To top it all off, their public rating is a dismal 2.3 out of 5, which shows just how bad things really are for everyone who deals with them.

The most unreasonable and unprofessional property management service. They have been demanding that some “mold” be removed from the property in the middle of winter. No professional service allows their services to be provided when the weather is below 32 degrees yet this company demands that it be completed. Getting in touch with a representative is also impossible, I wish I could give - this poorly managed company - 0 stars.

This Home Owner's Association is administered poorly, but the 2 women working at the front desk are efficient workers. Added a picture of what the entrance looks like. Might be hard to find, since it's located on the far end, short side of the rectangular building.
