⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Living at Saquel Apartment in Englewood has been a truly positive experience for me. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently located, offering both comfort and stability. The environment is organized, clean, and welcoming, which makes everyday living both practical and enjoyable. The location provides easy access to everything one might need, adding great convenience to daily life. Overall, this is a residence I can confidently recommend. In my personal opinion, the only aspect that could be improved is the air conditioning system during the warmer months, as it does not allow the temperature to be set below 68°F. I’ve been living at the community for about a year now and have had a great experience. Nate and Priscilla have helped me on multiple occasions and are always responsive and professional. I’ve also really appreciated the recent resident events, it’s a thoughtful touch. They were very helpful during my renewal as well, making the process easy and smooth. Overall, I’m really happy to call this place home!

The team here genuinely goes above and beyond to make residents feel taken care of, and it shows. Huge shoutout to Nate and Priscilla for always being so helpful and welcoming, they truly make this place feel like home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have had nothing but great experiences throughout my time here!! I always have the best interactions with the management team, especially Priscilla! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. :) The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe! The management and maintenance teams are friendly, professional, and quick to respond, which makes a huge difference!!

Great community, wonderful location, Amazing staff, very responsive. This is a great property when looking to move. My move in was smooth and they were able to check all my boxes. Internet was a little challenging to get setup, but aside from that. The experience has been great. Would 110% recommend.
