I had a wonderful experience working with Sentry Management team. Communication was prompt and helpful, even over the holidays, and my submittal form was approved within a few days! The entire process was organized, efficient, and easy to navigate. It was a refreshingly smooth experience, and I’m grateful for their professionalism and responsiveness.

Sentry Management is an outstanding company that truly understands how to handle HOAs and POAs. I have worked with them for years and greatly appreciate their excellent communication and quick responses. Every interaction—whether by phone or email—has always been handled with kindness and professionalism. Their fees are also very reasonable, making them a valuable partner for any community. Sentry really started off well managing our HOA, but has since sharply declined. It’s close to impossible trying to reach them by phone, chat, or email. This is extremely unprofessional. If you guys know my time is “extremely valuable”, maybe act like it?

The billing, questions and public places are cared for and handled sufficiently. A major ongoing problem in our community are feral cats. Sentry is supposed to help us communicate (within the law) with the 1 known household continuously feeding the animals but not caring for them medically, cleaning up their urination/defecation in neighbors' yards, or spaying/neutering them to prevent propagation and mating calls waking neighbors up during the night. We don't see any results after years of this problem. Our development is not a farm.
