This is the worst management company I've ever encountered. I've been an owner in four Condominiums and been a member of the board and this particular management company has got to be the worst by far. I've left messages I've left phone numbers no one ever returns your phone calls, I went to their offices and sat in their offices in front of three people before anybody acknowledged me for at least 20 minutes. Then then the woman in the office yells out of the doors can I help you I said yes you can and she says do you have an appointment I said no and she just went back to her phone call and ignored me. Sending bills that aren't real, and just being rude and ignorant to the needs of their clients.

HOA's BEWARE! I am the President of a very small community in Daytona Beach first I hate leaving bad reviews. Second if I can stop anyone from driving over a cliff I will do my best to help. Sentry will charge unit owners late fee's who paid on time. Late or no payment to utilities leading to the water of our community being shut off. Sentry will habitually drop the ball whenever it's in their court. They will send contract addendum after contract addendum bury you in a bureaucratic quagmire. There are many management companies out there walk by this one!

My dealings with Hope Thompson here at Riviera Estates POA have been most pleasant as she is a true professional. As President of the HOA she makes my workload a breeze due to her knowledge of the statutes,rules,etc. She is a pleasure to deal on a daily basis or as needed.

I recently had an issue with my account due to a discrepancy with a check. Hope Thompson was super helpful and was able to assist me in getting it straightened out. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Thanks again!

Even throughout a change of management & Covid-19, Sentry Mgmt went above & beyond to ensure my family was well taken care of by personally bringing by they’re pool passes once discovering they never received one. Kudos to your team: Stephanie, Robin & Laura! Love always, J.
