I honestly love living here. It’s been 2.5 years now and I love the fact that the residential team and management have maintained their integrity and property management. If I ever have an issue… they fix it right away. No hesitation. The privacy and care for me has been unmatched. I never been in an apartment complex that really felt like a community. Great monthly events, a gym that’s worth canceling my membership for and a pool on the rooftop with unbeatable views for me to watch the sunset. I come in I’m greeted I leave I’m greeted. The staff treats my daughter as if she’s theirs and I can’t ask for anything better than that when it comes to my place of dwelling. I’m especially thankful for Allen, Yesmeen, Graylon, and Tamiya. The room was nice. The staff + hidden fees are why I’m giving 2 stars. I got a run around checking in. I was told I could check in early when I spoke to the concierge the day before. They never mentioned a $45 early check in fee until I arrived. There was also a $25 parking fee that wasn’t disclosed. Fine. I paid both fees. I was then given inaccurate information on how to access my room. Sent to the wrong part of the building and then had to trace where my room truly was. The issue I was most irritated about was the iron was missing in the room. Fine, at 4pm I texted the concierge to let them know. I received a phone call back at 1am! They woke me up to “apologize” for the missing iron and asked if I still needed it. I was asleep. So I said no, I didnt need it. Then I received another cal

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time here. The location is very nice, and close by restaurants and supermarkets. The Nail Spa close by was very nice too, we loved it - walking distance. The apartment was very top tier, clean, and I loved the layout. The pool was very nice and fun too! I can’t wait to book another stay here. 🌟

I’ve been asking for a solution to the issues for 36 hours but the manager does not seem to care…the whole place smells like ozone and cigarettes. There are stains and burns on the floor next to the bed. There’s no handle on the shower door. The baseboards under the counter are laying on the floor…the room is not AT ALL what I booked. This was a SCAM!

Hello Nia here I stay here all the time when I come to Atlanta the last time staying here the concierge lady brown skin shoulder length hair and kind of heavyset(not being discriminatory just don’t know her name) mind you I’m very respectful to the team as u stay here alot and I also spend a lot of money with sentral but the lady just was blowing me and my concerns off didn’t want to give a helping hand just kept saying she doesn’t know sorry instead of trying to get to a solution on the other hand ANGELA IS GREAT! I’m telling you guys made a great decision adding her to the team perfect asset she was determined in helping me with all my problems she literally helped with everything and made it happen and such a great soul I really enjoyed meeting her thank you so much Angela keep it up !
