Sentral DTLA at 755 S. Spring

WARNING!!! Do not apply here!!! Sentral staff from their leasing agents who know nothing to management and even their AI system are horrible! The staff is rude and I believe them to be running a scheme. You are forced to leave a $500 holding fee (like most apartment) but if you're approved and they don't calculate your income 3 times the rent or their AI system miscalculates they will try to force you to pay a outside company to qualify you. this can take weeks and if you don't agree they keep your $500 holding fee. I was told by Andy a leasing agent that my money would be returned to me in 1-3 business days, later he emailed me and said It belongs to them. He says if they don't approve you or you cancel after 48 hours they get to keep your $500. I hate I ever applied to them because now I

Stephanie the leasing agent is so kind and patient and made me feel comfortable to move in immediately. She gave me a tour and I asked to see multiple places and she took her time showing me and answered all my questions. Andy was great also! I hate feeling rushed or pushy. Andy was patient and polite. So far I recommend Sentral LA. Their communication skills are good. They are quick as well and responsive. So far I like the place and I’ll definitely follow up.

I do not recommend renting in this building. Everything seems fine here until you actually have a problem and need to deal with management. Only then do you realize that nothing gets done unless you clearly state your intention to file a complaint with the appropriate department. I have been pushed to a nervous breakdown twice because of their negligence and lack of respect. The first situation involved a major water leak caused by the building, which flooded multiple apartments. During this time, workers were constantly entering my unit — sometimes without knocking or ringing, as if it were their own place. Living at Sentral DTLA has been great, especially thanks to Nitara, the Experience and Lifestyle Manager. She’s super creative and friendly and really goes above and beyond compared to other buildings I’ve lived in. The resident events are so much fun, with a good mix of health and wellness activities and themed gatherings, all of which have helped to build a real sense of community. I actually look forward to events and have even made friends in the building because of them!

Love living here - amenities are well maintained, front desk is always staffed. Especially love the social events organized by Nitara! Appreciate that there are always a couple of them planned for every month. The vision board workshop with Lulu and Nitara was so fun!
