I visited the front office for signing a lease and I took few days to ask feedback from renters, my friends in that place told me the actuals. Maintenance was an issue and have to wait months. Also I heard car break-in happened before. My observations are Parking lines are narrow than other places/ apartment complexes. Space in between parking lots is also less so it will be difficult to park or take out the car. Many speed breakers inside and road is narrow also people park little outside of lines which comes on road. So seeing and listening this feedback I rented a house and moved. But later I heard some of the improvements were took place for maintenance and the wait times are now weeks.

Extremely unprofessional company that ignores concerns. Wasted a lot of money applying to the Colony at Deerwood and decided to go elsewhere even though my roommate and I just needed to sign a lease.

Wouldn't show us anything because we just stop no appointments
