Senna at Canyon Trails

Savannah Averhart showed me the community and was very informative and helpful throughout the tour. The community feels friendly and welcoming. The pool looked very refreshing, and the seating areas were beautifully designed. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines and weights. The clubhouse features a pool table and shuffleboard and is very spacious-perfect for family gatherings. They may be getting another resident in the future.

Touring with Savanah was an absolute dream from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and professional, and she made the entire experience feel effortless and exciting. From the moment we started, she was attentive to every detail, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. What really sets Savanah apart is her genuine care she doesn’t just “show” you places, she helps you see them. She has a natural way of connecting with people and making the experience feel personal, not rushed or scripted. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, passionate, and truly dedicated to giving you the best tour possible, Savanah is the one. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I’ve been living here for a short time, and it has been a very good experience. The complex is new, modern, and well maintained. I feel safe thanks to the controlled access and well-lit areas. The common spaces are nice and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The apartments are practical and pleasant as well. Overall, it’s a beautiful, safe, and comfortable place to live. I recommend it.

This is such an amazing complex! My sister lives here and every time I visit it feels like I’m staying at a 5 star resort not to mention I’m always greeted with an amazing staff that does not drop the ball. Jaime,Savanah, Trinnity, And Ashley are true Superstars and senna is in great hands with them leading the way!

Brandon is one of the maintenance guys. He was fast and amazing at fixing things. He came in and let my dog smell him and pet him. My dog has anxiety about meeting new people ( he has to smell peoples hands first ) if not he will be barking. He fixed our floors in less than 5 mins and I do appreciate how friendly he was and how fast he is at his job. 10/10 an amazing maintenance guys. Thank you Brandon !!
