Seneca Woods Apartments

This apartment is the worst place in Charlotte. This doesn't deserve any stars PERIOD! Please don't let the location fool you. Yes it's on Park rd, but it's in the cut. People never notice this place. I'm ashamed to even say that I've stepped foot here. It's not worth the money and the staff is anything but professional. If you have children this place definitely isn't for you. Neighbors have been beat up, jumped and even murdered. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I'm deaf and trying to find an affordable place. I found the office, which used to be one of their apartments, knocked three times and waited 5 minutes, and the office wasn't even closed. I did not hear a single answer, but I did hear talking that got quiet fast. I can already tell, without looking at the reviews, that management is very unprofessional here.

A blight in an otherwise nice area of town. Stay away for your own safety.
