Do not rent or own in this neighborhood. The HOA is a pain and they will give you a notice if you fart the wrong way in your own home. They have these Karen's all per the neighborhood literally coming pretty much into your garage if it's open to take pictures if they don't like what you have. God forbid you have an accident on the property they will send you a notice that you must pay out of pocket for anything that was damaged in the accident. Yet they don't fix the community area like the pool area there are no games anyone wants to play and all the parts are missing. The canopies they have are faded and I believe they should be changed yearly. I went to the pool with my kids and the BBQ has maggots for old food left by guests.
