Senate Manor Apartments

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. This place is absolutely deplorable. The laundry room is awful. There are 4 washers and only 2 (really 1) actually works. The apartment has multiple package thefts. My apartment has multiple leaks in the ceiling since I moved in. I have been dealing with a leak coming from my air conditioner since TUESDAY and today is Saturday. I called emergency maintenance and they were annoyed I called and didn’t offer help. Now I’m concerned about mold growing in my apartment.

The only challenge i have experienced several times is the laundry washing machines. Attention is needed to keep them functioning at all times. Otherwise the rest is all well. Nice place to stay.

Well-preserved historical buildings with modern interiors and appliances. Nice floorplans. Wonderful west-downtown location just a block north of large Kroger grocery store.

I moved into my apartment recently and I really like it so far. The location is Great!

Don’t live here! Very old apartments, homeless people always next to the property, no insulation, no maintenance, and extremely old AC units.
