I've been living in one of their properties almost 6 years and currently still do. They don't do repairs and yet they put in the lease that the tenant is not allowed to do any maintenance or repairs of the property. I went all winter without a heater cuz her maintenance broke it and never returned. I paid out of pocket to fix the heater and the plumbing twice. Then today they came to what I was told was to be an inspection but instead she brought 3 strange men to see property in which they opened doors and walked around as if I wasn't even there not to mention they were taking photos on their phones. These apartments are so terrible I'm a tenant here I paid my rent online and now they're charging me double saying that they never received my payment when I got proof that they did get my payment. Now since then charge me double for rent the one time I've been getting harassed by a neighbor behind me that is a cat hoarder I've reported it to the landlord they haven't done anything about it I've called the cops to try to file harassment because that one neighbor keeps I'm coming to my house banging on the door on my windows and throwing rocks at my apartment almost every day cops have never shown up when I call them to try to file report and now I have the landlords calling me and harassing me now because of this old lady behind me these apartments are horrible I have no heat things are no

People are always so rude for No apparent reason. I've had a manager BANG on my door while I was sleeping long enough that I woke up and had to say something, of course it was for nothing! Last month I paid my rent like usual, I don't like dealing with the management so I put my money order thru mail slot, now I have an eviction notice saying I didn't pay my rent! On top of that, they lady asked me to take in the receipt from the money order, when I did she glanced at it, and said "I don't care, that's not my problem! Even though the mail slot is right under a surveillance camera. Then the lady rudely shut the door in my face when I asked her not to be so rude, I wasn't being rude to her in the first place! This place is just crazy, getting ready to move... It's been a nightmare!!! Update
