Selma Tulkis is a phenomenal real estate agent. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods. She also listens and makes it a point to understand what you want and do not want. Selma also understands the business, so knew to make adjustments to my contract to protect me. She is also one of the most responsive people I've ever worked with and I never had to wait to hear from her or receive information from her when she said she was going to send it. It was a pleasure working with her and I'd absolutely recommend her.
