They never fixed bad pipes leaking in my apartment and now it's a blizzard outside and snow not shoveled is worsening conditions.

they do not care about people ony about money if you have some problem in you apartment you will wait long time to get it fixed or they just going to do quick cheap and temporary and leave it like that. there was no heat for 2 weeks in the building because they were to lazy and cheap to go and turn it on.

You only need to type in Kerry Danenberg or Sarah Russell into a search engine to see how corrupt an organization this is. Kerry is a small angry white coward who threw away my neighbors wheel chair and baby toys in a fit of rage. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a landlord.

My friend lived in one of their apartments. I visited every year or so. It's New York so it's pricey. Save up your money, but the location is worth it.
