Select Property Management

Formally known as GONELLA property management. They were bad then too! Different name same bad apples running it into the ground. Everyone there acts like they own the company. They are smug rude and will do anything to make things more difficult. Colleen is absolutely no help and will purposely waste your time!

If I could give them no stars I would! They have done nothing but mess up since they took over for Gonella Reality. I have over paid my rent on time and a little over every month so I could have a credit by the end of the year to be able to Christmas shop without stress. They never paid the water garbage and sewer and instead credited me. When I question them if it was getting paid they said it was and my credit was correct they said it was and since I did it for years I didn't question them. Come to find out the accountant for Select not gonella was incompetent and wasn't doing his job and I got blamed for their mistake. Charging the owner herself that bill. They have been harassing me to get rental insurance since they took over but I was not required when I signed my lease 18 years ago

Colleen is the first face you see when you walk in, always greets with a smile. There staff is very helpful and takes care of business right away. Thank you!!!

Nothing is done with a sense of urgency accept collecting rent. I try to be patient when I do submit work orders but it takes them so long to complete them. Update: Even the Answering Service is rude..smh how do they not know when staff will be back in the office. Especially if you are calling them during normal business hours when they should be in the office.
