Seguin Manor Apartments

Roaches, shoddy repairs, broken fixtures, cracked toilet, leaking pipes, malfunctioning heaters and AC... Maintenance is a joke, and safety is non-existent. Absolute slum.

Management won't do anything. Nothing gets fixed. She makes a excuses for everything.

Terrible place to stay people there don’t work do wat they want and will tell the land lady anything u do even if ur not doing anything she violate u as well with out the need for proof or evidence

If you are trying to get an apartment here. Dont bother, phone is disconnected... says they are going to be in the office during certain times. Never there. Dont respond to emails. Now I tried to get a hold of them when covid started because I needed a place... Still do but it has been a full month now and still nothing. This is the only place that has never responded.

I'm only giving it one star because it won't give me the option to do none!
