Roach infested complex. German and american roaches. Pest control slows them down but does not get rid of them no matter how clean you keep your apartment and just keep coming back. Homeless people in the dumpsters homeless People sleeping in the parking lot in their cars homeless people in laundry rooms that tenants leave open because there's no security here whatsoever besides security cameras. Pool is dirty. Laundry room is trashed excessive dog hairs in washing/dryer machines. Office is closed most of the week due to many reasons though they always have a reason.Dog poop cigarrete butts everywhere. Abandoned vehicles all around the complex. Hot water is on and off. My daughter lived at Sedona springs for a few months now and she never Mentioned that she had any problems like these other tenants. And I'm also looking to rent a place soon 🙂 my daughter said everyone treats her with respect and if she puts a work order in ,it's taken care of right away

"We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the pool this weekend. Ensuring our amenities are accessible and well-maintained is a priority for us, and we regret falling short of your expectations. Rest assured, we are addressing this issue internally to prevent future occurrences." As you can tell from their responses to their tenants, they offer these promises, they don't fulfill them, ever. The amenities that they promise on their website, are exaggerations compared to what you're actually getting. My friend lives here and a pipe burst in her apartment and they took a month to fix it. There is mold in the apartment that has been spreading and she she started having all kinds of health issues. Management is reluctant to come fix the mold, and even if they do they will probably just paint over it and not fully remedy the problem. I lived here for over a year i had a one bedroom it was great, i would find small roaches but already dead, it had new hard surface floors and it was a basic apartment. Not the renovated one. For certain circumstances had to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. The office lady gave us a look at the 2 bedroom and she was even embarrassed of the conditions she had to put us in. Carpet is tearing up, she saw roaches, theres no filter in our ventilation system, we had to replace a couple of blinds, fixtures that arent sealed properly where the roaches come from. The roaches were not that bad when we first moved in, now there are EVERYWHERE.
