Modern apartments are actually a scam because why are the lights placed like a prank. There’s one by the balcony door but NONE in the living room. The second bedroom has a switch that does nothing except control an outlet 💀 but the closet gets better lighting than the actual room. The paint looks like it was done with vibes, the window seals are already cracking, the balcony door fights me every time I open it — and we’ve only been here a MONTH. The washer and dryer are so big the door barely opens, my towel rack already fell off the wall, and everything feels cheaply slapped together. At the end of the day they’ll give you a shitty apartment, not care about you at all, and still happily take your money every month. Period.

Overall, I had an acceptable experience, but I believe the prices and costs are excessively high considering the condition and age of the apartments. Although the location is convenient and the surroundings are quiet, the facilities need maintenance and modernization to justify the current rates. Overall, the place has potential but should offer a better balance between quality and price.

I had a great experience at this apartment I had a few issues here and there but they were fixed asap. The maintenance guys were really friendly and went above and beyond. The staff was really friendly and helpful as well. They layout I got was not your usual boxy apartment, it had cozy corners and stuff. I loved my apartment I was in building 24. Most of my neighbors were really friendly and there was a sense of community. Lots of trees and a cool trail in the back of the complex that goes into a greenbelt. It's really awesome if you have dogs that need nature walks/hikes. Grounds were clean. I had to leave because my job was too far. I did wind up trying to rent another apartment and it wound up to be uninhabitable so they worked with me during that process so I could have a place to st

Sitting with sink leaking from July 14, 2023 (Friday) as it’s July 20, 2023 (Thursday) this is abuse and neglect. These violators are not following the laws. As violators needs to hold accountable for their actions. Violating human rights with the right of enjoyment as not attempting to fix anything correctly. I asked for a light in a room as a on and off switch but no light fixture as it was replaced with water damage. Sedona springs covered up mold with paint. They painted the tub with cheap paint. Who paints tub with paint? Sedona Springs.Trap house holding baseboards with nails.

This apartment complex has been nothing but a disaster. I don't blame the staff, they're doing the best they can, but this complex is owned by a property management company who only cares about profits. Here's a short list of what I've experienced since I've moved here. They used to try and sell you a "renters insurance" policy that only covers their liability and nothing of your own potential losses. My first apartment here was completely destroyed during the major winter freeze of 2020 and flooded twice (we were on the second floor...) due to negligent maintenance practices and poor coordination. The only reason this happened is because they didn't drain the water pipes and turn water off to the units when the entire city lost power for a week of sub-freezing Temperature. We lost nearl
