Sedona Ranch Apartments

It’s unfortunate that I must give this review. Especially for all Veterans who may be looking at renting here. Be very cautious because Management is poorly managed as well as the corporate office. During the government shutdown that last over 40 days my family and I were treated unprofessionally and subjected to threats of being evicted even though I communicated with management every step of the way that my ability to make rent payments on time would be delayed by the government shutdown. This lack of empathy for my unfortunate situation which was clearly beyond my control proves they don’t care about Veterans or their families. They only care about their bottom line as that’s getting their money.

management randomly barges into your unit without asking, they ignore your maintenance requests, and they give you violations if you have the audacity to use your porch for storage. i kept an outdoor broom and a foldable wagon on my porch and they gave me a lease violation because of it. the porches were rotting as well. also if you have the misfortune of living in the buildings around where i lived you have to walk across the entire complex just to throw away your trash.

These apartments have great staff and great maintenance. Anytime something is broken maintenance show up in timely matter. Or situation is fixed by our wonderful office staff ! 10/10 recommended to stay in apartments. Outside parking lot is always cleaned and trash is always picked up.

Maintenance was very thorough, explaining every step of his process. He did mention (on the first visit) that I would need to upgrade to a digital thermostat. My plan was to install a smart one so I didn't request it before the bad cold front hit. Turns out an upgraded one made a huge difference. I also really appreciate the paperwork being left in my apartment. I didn't have that at my last complex so this is a huge upgrade. Then the speed!!! Thank you!

Friendly staff and quick work order response times. Enjoyed living at these apartments!
