Sedgewick Homes - Hamptonville

Our family is extrememly pleased with Sedgwick Homes. From our initial visit with the sales team (Shelia) to the design team (Kara) and then our construction superintendandent (Shane), the process has been seamless. They ensure you understand costs and budgets up front, no pressure sales or pressure to upgrade, and they also communicate alot through the construction process. When our house was completed, we came in under budget and ahead of build schedule. Again, we have been very pleased with Sedgewick Homes and highly recommend them.

Great customer service, responsive and understanding. We are at the beginning phase of our build. Shelia has been our sales rep and is amazing. She wants to make sure you get what you want and also keep pricing down as much as possible. We had our site visit with Austin and although he seems a bit green he makes It up with good communication and enthusiasm to include excellent character. It also looks like he has good mentors who can keep him going in the right direction. I will keep this review current and edit as needed. The biggest fear that we will have is poor workmanship, but hopefully Austin will be attentive to the workers quality. UPDATE! We started our build journey 9 months ago. We had a very good experience with Sedgewick Homes!!! The folks working in Hamptonville were great to work with and helped lay the foundation for the future build. The building crews were amazing and they did an excellent job! We watched the house being built from site preparation to completion. We have an appreciation for their hard work. Our site supervisor, Austin, was really good to work with. He was responsive and put us at ease through the process. We love our new home!! We're so very happy with the end result. Thanks again! Terri Jo really knows her stuff even though she's only been there for 6 months! She was extremely patient, professional, and knew the answers to the multitude of questions we asked of her. They have 2 model homes on site. You can tell that the houses are of high quality; well built. Their prices are affordable and less than that of other stick built homes. They have an immense amount of options to choose from for the exterior and interior of your home. I highly recommend it, and I highly recommend Terri Jo!
