Sedgefield Apartments

I toured this community a long time ago and it looks great now. The model home was fully stocked with snacks and very clean. The staff is very friendly as well and also attentive might I add. Best community in Marietta!!

I have lived here for 6 months and those 6 months have been horrible this complex has violated so many of my tenant rights I’m looking into taking higher action!!! In the beginning I was told I would be receiving the same modeled apartment that I toured and then after being told numerous of times I couldn’t see the place I was moving into until the day before I was supposed to move in came to a shock to me I was told by Ashely that they had to make sure everything was perfect, clean and ready so I thought okay. The day I came to see the place I was highly disappointed right away I said this is not the unit I applied for and then Ashely and Tia made it seem like it was my mistake when I was very clear to Ashely when I toured saying I want this model exactly I love it she said perfect sounds

When I did the initial tour, I was clearly assured that the apartment I would receive would be exactly like the one they showed me. At no point did they tell me that there were two different types of units — “remodeled” and “old” — both offered at the same price. After waiting more than 10 days and paying the application and administrative fees, I was shocked to find out during the inspection that the apartment they were giving me was nothing like the one I toured. The unit was in poor and unacceptable condition. When I asked about it, Ashley tried to claim that I “had not requested a remodeled apartment,” even though I was never told that there were two versions to choose from. Worst apartments ever they always have plumbing problem the water is shut off every week office lies they give you apartments that u didn’t request and the maintenance is trash trash be everywhere communication inadequate heat never worked my power bill was 500 in one month because I had to put my heat in emergency and it still didn’t work my town house was always freezing no weather strips on doors people are moving out quickly because this complex is full of lies and just want money offering bullshit incentives to cover up problems.. while the water was shut off sewage came up in my bathroom down stairs walls mild dew from water damage cracks everywhere DO NoT MoVe HERE They ARe TERRIBLE. The staff at Sedgefield is what makes this place so great. Ashley is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew is reliable and hardworking. If I ever have a problem or concern Ashley told me to always email her and i do she actually does respond 😂 I am very happy with my choice of moving here
