Both professionals stayed in constant communication and contact with obtaining a loan and getting proper documentation. I was consistently informed about the process and abreast of what I need to bring to the table for closing cost. I was very pleased to get a check at the end of the signing process! Horrible experience with Daniel and his company. Full of excuses, ZERO accountability. Almost 30 days into a contract and appraisal was just yet ordered. According to him, processor got confused and instead of setting the loan as conventional, it was filed as an FHA. Unprofessional answering my calls or providing updates. ZERO empathy to the people involved in the transaction! And never closed the deal!!
