A huge THANK-YOU to Security Title Services in Greenwood, IN. I am so impressed by the extra time and effort Ingrid Petticord provided to secure the sale of my property.

Where do I start...? First our final closing statement was apparently sent to wrong email and no one followed up as to why the didn’t receive it back from us. Then we had back to back closings, first at Security Title the other elsewhere. Security Title was suppose to send proceeds to other title company and they were aware we had a second closing following. They sat on doing their job until the second title company had to call to see why the funds were not wired yet. This was several hours after closing at Security Title. The second title company should not have had to call to request the funds to be wired. Overall, I feel as if Security Title is unorganized and has improvements that need to be made to their follow up and follow through procedures. A lot of unnecessary stress and headache

This title company is absolutely fantastic! Cheryl Miller, Cathy Upton and Sherri Dabson went the extra mile on short notice, worked on our file after hours, and helped us close on the Friday before the 4th of July holiday weekend when most other title companies were closed. They are always professional, responsive and accurate and I appreciate them so much! Thank you!!!

We have used Security Title Services for our last several closings and highly recommend them. Lori was very helpful in explaining the process and function of title insurance.
