ISSUED A TITLE TO A SCAMMER TO STEAL MY PROPERTY. Security title issued a deed for a property that I owned, main problem is they issued a deed for a scammer who did not own the property. The title was clouded and I lost a sale because of the incompetent actions of Security Title. They refuse to answer my emails or even apologize. They said, "we only wrote the deed, we didn't issue a title policy, so there's nothing we can do". How about next time at least look and see who the owner is?

So far so good, looking to close on a house in the near future. Staff has been very friendly
