Not a fan- I was forced to use this title co when I closed on my house. They don’t have their stuff together. If this company was better at providing good service they would understand that most banks charge to wire funds and rather than only asking me twice to wire funds- once when I put down the earnest deposit along with anything extra and closing fees the day I closed, they had me wire three different times costing me $20 every time. This kind of lack of details and being organized is unacceptable. Buying a house is already expensive and unnecessary fees like this are avoidable. I spoke to Vikie about it and she completely disregarded any responsibility on her part. When I asked for the money back, she claimed some law to get out of responsibility.
